The MFW product line is personified by company President and Food Creator Maureen Simon. Since the early 1990s Maureen herself has been MFW’s secret ingredient to building brand awareness among target retail trade players as well as growing numbers of consumers. As the company's inspiration, Maureen has been developing recipes, establishing a following and forging close ties with select retailers in B.C., and elsewhere in Canada, as the originator of rare foodstuffs with a certain edge.
